We strongly believe that if we find the right product to solve end-user problems with hydraulic lines and systems (such as varnish and sludge formation, oxidation and rust formation, noise, rapid ageing and degradation of hydraulic oil, and frequent damage to hydraulic parts), there is no need for a special market strategy. In that way, our Absolute Beta Spark Buster Filter will help you come out of ESD sludge formation and noise in the hydraulic line. Our Absolute BETA H20 Filter will help you remove oxidation and rust formation. With the help of either of the latest technologies, end-users can extend the oil change period and avoid spending on breakdown maintenance for hydraulic valves, cylinders, and pumps. What are the unique features of your hydraulic filters? 

Based on ISO 4406 vs NAS 1638, our hydraulic filters can achieve NAS Level 1 purity in oil and a 2000 Beta ratio for 4-micron-sized particles. This is simply due to our filters allowing only one particle every 2000 for a 4-micron size. We are known in the industry for our long service lives for filters, longer change intervals for oil, higher direct holding capacity, lower pressure drops, and higher filtration efficiency.

How do you keep your products away from corrosion and rust after application?

During machine downtime, unplanned failures, and while cleaning and servicing, there are high chances that water droplets or moisture get entrapped in the hydraulic systems through breather openings and hydraulic expansion or compression lines. Because there is less awareness about hydraulic filtration in the Indian market, end-users tend to use the filter until it becomes clogged or until the oil needs to be replaced. So, it’s become essential that all our components made of glass fibre, cellulose, or synthetic media filters get tin-zinc plated.

The coating process uses trivalent chromium passivate to form a corrosion-resistant, electrically conductive, and weatherproof coating that withstands even the harshest, sulphur-enhanced environments. The finish also exhibits excellent lubricity, flexibility, and solderability, even after months of storage.

With the help of these filters and components, our parts exhibit high corrosion resistance that routinely surpasses 1500 hours when subjected to ASTM B-117 salt spray testing.

How does the choice of metal or material influence product pricing in the market?

First, we don’t compromise quality for the sake of price reduction. However, we validate all VA/VE ideas through our in-house design centre and parent company laboratory in Italy before handing them over to the customer. Which new market are you planning to cater to in the coming years?

We are planning to enter the Process Filters market (Filtrec simplex, duplex, and self-cleaning filters) for liquid and gaseous applications in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries industry, pharmacy, food and beverage industry, and power stations.

What is going to be your focus in 2023?

We have 2000 business customers like OEMs, distributors, dealers, and traders in India. Our outreach is expanding even more with the superiority of the product’s quality and performance, which is done through referrals from our clients. And now it is increasing due to our superior product quality, ultimate product performance, and word-of-mouth referrals. As a result, our supply systems are heavily loaded, so we will focus on consolidating the customer base region-wise through selected partners and try to be closer to the end users than before.
