How did you successfully manage your business in the Covid times? What were the key drivers for your growth? 

In Covid times, even construction projects were impacted to some extent and demand curve fluctuated a little but our robust and active working model kept our spirits high and market value remained intact. Other growth key drivers were utilising low time to empower internal processes, understanding client requirements in detail and building strategies and preparing required documentation so that we can stand stronger when market is up again. 

How do you evaluate the recovery in the Scaffold Systems/access equipment market so far?

Evaluation of Scaffold system by setting up rules which includes updating the existing scaffold standards, to set performance criteria which it can be made possible to protect employees to protect them from scaffold related hazards. Planning the work and providing appropriate training for personnel erecting, using, inspecting or dismantling scaffolding. Ensuring that scaffolds erected and used within their respective sites to provide working/ access platforms for workers comply with all applicable requirements. 

What are the significant factors impacting the productivity in your sector? 

Primary factors responsible for productivity are robust and quality material used to make access equipments, trained engineers who impart training on handling of equipments, safe and timely transportation of material to construction site. 

What kind of policy/regulations/investments support is required for the market revival?
