DGICPL’s bio-toilets can help Swachh Bharat mission

  In view of the huge number of toilets to be constructed in Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (SBA), DGICPL has adopted the prefab technology owing to the significant decrease in the duration of construction. It is also considered to be energy efficient, green and eco-friendly.

Uniqueness
DGICPL manufactures superior quality of pre-fabricated 100 per cent modular toilets including bio-toilets wherein one toilet can be installed in less than 2 hours with a team of 4-5 members. The price of a Sarvajnik Toilet starts at only Rs. 8,500/- ex-factory, Raigad. This rate is applicable for bulk orders only.

Bio-toilets
Bio-digester tank body is reaction free with any acid or alkaline, wherein decomposition completes in few hours resulting to the clear water having no odour or colour.

It can be installed in all kind of soil and needs no sewage line as no waste is produced. The overflow of turbid water can be put in a soak pit.

Manufacturing strength
DGICPL has its manufacturing facility located at MIDC-Mahad and MIDC-Patalganga near Mumbai, spread o0ver 20,000 sq. ft. The company is capable of manufacturing more than 500 toilets a day.

Transportation
The toilets can be assembled at the site and transported in a knock-down condition in a truck. Thus, a 23-ft truck can carry 100 units which handles the challenge of logistics in an innovative manner leading to cost optimisation.
