Expert equipments who had introduced stationery sealed hand lever controlled hydraulic pallet truck for the first time in India, have brought out “Nandi”-3 the super speeded version of this well proven products. The new truck is a sophisticate model with built-in flow control valve, which will control the lowering speed of the truck, irrespective of the load. The flow control valve is pressure compensating model which will adjust itself proportional to the load effecting smooth lowering. Avoiding sudden fall of load generally observed  in conventional pallet truck. The hydraulic cylinder is provided double sealing overflow system for avoiding excess lifting and mechanical damages. These new features are incorporated in well proven Nandi design with its own advantages such as catridge type stationary sealed valves, stationery sealed pump, and cylinders, spring loaded gravity suction pump, hand lever control of lift-natural-release operation – 210* steering facility etc. Which had proved it to be the maintenance cost and spare consumption, the truck is priced as the most economical one and is backed by 12 months guaranty, prompt after sales service with ex-stock spares and earliest delivery.
 
“Nandi” weavers beam trolley
Expert equipments weavers beam trolley is a newly developed pallet truck for transporting weavers beam with a capacity of 2000 kgs. The beam with flange diameter of up to 1250 mm and length up to 3500 mm can be transported horizontally by one p erson using “Nandi” beam trolleys. General construction is like Nandi hydraulic pallet truck with wider body and “v” shaped forks. This equipment is widely used by textile mills for transporting weavers beams.
