At this year’s Hillhead, Kleemann GmbH showcases two highly versatile mobile crushing plants from the EVO series. Both the mobile jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 100 R EVO and the mobile impact crusher MOBIREX MR 110 Z EVO2 achieve top results in recycling and in natural stone processing.

EVO series represents innovative crushing plants
The Kleemann EVO series includes the mobile jaw crusher MOBICAT EVO, the mobile impact crusher MOBIREX EVO2 and the mobile cone crusher MOBICONE EVO. The plants are designed so that they can be easily transported and quickly deployed. The diesel-direct drive concept used in all plants also ensures high performance with economical consumption at the same time. All plants have the same operating concept so that the operator does not have to adapt to a new concept. The control is easy to understand: The plant is operated via a menu-guided touch panel. Key functions, such as the crushing gap setting, can be easily adapted and some functions can even be adapted during operation of the plant. The plants can also be optimally combined for multistage crushing processes.

Compact jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 100 R EVO
Weighing 30 tonnes, the MOBICAT MC 100 R EVO is the lightest mobile jaw crusher in Kleemann’s product portfolio. It is particularly easy to transport and relocate. Owing to its compact dimensions it can be operated efficiently on confined construction sites. The plant is mainly used in the primary crushing stage – in natural stone processing and recycling. The innovative crusher unit is designed so that downtimes are avoided. Thanks to the particularly long, movable crusher jaw material blockages are reduced. However, if there is material congestion, the crusher can be reversed with the innovative crusher unblocking system.

Very productive and improved utilisation: The MOBIREX MR 110 Z EVO2 impact crusher
The mobile impact crusher MOBIREX MR 110 Z EVO2 can be used in the primary and secondary crushing stage. The integrated, independently vibrating double-deck prescreen reliably filters fine parts. The system widths of the crushing plant open in the direction of the material flow for better utilisation and higher productivity. The innovative Continuous Feed System (CFS) controls the frequency of the conveyor belts according to the crusher feed. The plant is also available with an optional extra-large secondary screening unit to produce a defined final grain size.
