Shedwale is  one of the manufactures  to introduce galvanum zinc coated roofing sheets which has a width of 1250mm which is the largest width in the segment. It has the highest percentage of zinc coating as it reflects the direct sun light on the sheets which enables the area to be cooler, than other metal or cement roofing sheets available in the market.

Forecasts for the future
In India, about 85 per cent of residential and commercial buildings face water leakage problem because of heavy rains in rainy season. In India, it rains almost 5 months and can also have possibility of rains in any period of the year. Such leakage occurs after the building is 2 to 3 years old. This is due to low construction material standards as once the building is made one cannot replace the slab of the terrace to prevent leakage .Shedwale is a service provider for such buildings as we manufacture roofing sheets and the company knows expertly how to place and where to install the roofing on the terrace which shall eradicate the leakage.

Challenges
Challenges has always been a part of any business venture. In Shedwale’s case it’s been the lack of technical knowledge of the labors and fabricators. As the sheets are thin and light weighted its quite difficult to place and fix the sheet over the metal frame (structure) so the company has conducted workshops with fabricator’s to educate them. As Shedwale is one of the leading service provider company in the shed erecting business, the labors and staffs are well educated and professionally skilled to do the job perfectly. In the past 6 years company has been a successful manufacturing company but as the market is still immature for the product company has.

Innovations
Introduced a new sister company – Trinity Infra Service. The company exclusively works on customers needs and design of shed which they want. Shedwale fabricates and roofs the shed all by itself. The company has a team of dedicated staff and fabricators to carry out the work and deliver the finished products and give 5 years warranty of the shed.
