Plastisol Inks: Plastisol Inks are made up of PVC(poly vinyl chloride) resin, plasticizers, pigments,filler,stabilizers and modifiers. The plastisols are not air drying and are dried only after the introduction of heat. After drying the print becomes very solid and washes fast.
Types of Plastisol:
(OPAQUE) White Plastisol : We produce a brilliant white that is very bright and adds brilliancy to the paint. The other white called the Super White which is usually used for mixing shades and for making customised colours by the printers themselves.

(OPAQUE) Colored Plastisol : We make almost all shades in all the colours. We also produce fluorescent plastisols. Apart from the regular colours, we also make colours which can be printed on any dark coloured fabric to cover the base perfectly.
Clear Plastisols : It is very soft and transparent. It is generally mixed with glitter powder and printed on the fabrics. It gives glossy (shining) effect when printed on the top of any other print. It can also be added to the colour plastisol to soften the ink.
Specialty Plastisols : We make foam plastisols which raises after curing. We also produce high-density plastisols which forms a very thick print on the fabrics.
Powder Coatings:
Powder coating is a method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of metal parts. Our powder coating chemicals yields a smooth continuous coating that is highly durable, scratch and chip resistant. Our powder coaters can be used over any kind of metal surface.
 
We manufacture the following types of powder coating chemicals:

Hybrid Type: Based on a combination of epoxy and polyester resins. Can be used for more of interior applications than exterior applications
Epoxy Type: Based on pure epoxy resins. Mostly used for indoor purposes where chemical resistance and less glossy finishes are required
Polyester Type: Based on pure polyester resins. Due to excellent withstanding of temperatures it can be used for exterior applications with both gloss and semi gloss finishes.
