What is your expectation from Excon 2019?
Main expectation from EXCON for 2019 is setting our footprints across pan India. We aim at winning more numbers of projects and business in this EXCON and the year coming after. ROI for the investments which we have made in our infrastructure is of prime importance to us. Penetrating our brand name into wider customer network is also a target so as to win maximum market share in coming years.

What are the different solutions and products you will be exhibiting at Excon 2019? Are you displaying new products too?
We are going to display one of our complete project plants along with washing segment machines. Yes, we are displaying our new entry to washing segment “Aqua Wash” and new Floating Shaft HF series Cone Crusher HF270.

How is your range of crushing and screening solutions unique in terms of features, value addition, technology, etc..?
We have plants starting from 100 TPH to 600 TPH of crushing and screening plants. We mainly focus on operational safety, reducing the machine downtime there by reducing the production cost per ton.

Can you explain the operational safety benefits of your products?
We are very much keen on safety of our machines and the man power associated. Latest technology like IOT has been very much used in our machines which have made remote access and controlling possible. Lesser direct intervention with machines is now being made possible which helps in occupational safety and reducing long time health impacts. A well-established predictive and preventive maintenance system always ensures that the machine operates with all parameters in safe zone without affecting anything else.

Your business is invariably related to construction and mining; do you believe that the policy implemented by the government has helped the sector to grow?
Recent environmental regulations being put forward especially the river sand mining and all have created impact in industry, which makes more importance to our machine that in turn will help the industry to grow. Also the new project corridors, road and port projects, new SEZ projects etc will for sure bring more and more growth opportunities to industry.

What does India as a market mean to you? Who are your key customers?
Currently, we are more positioned in south India, but we have made our strategy to set our footprints across pan india by this FY19-20. One main target of our excon and take away from excon for 2020 is our national presence across the country and serving the global market. As India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world, we have immense faith in more market potential. Our key customers are aggregate supplier and quarry owners, construction companies across the country. We are in discussion with channel partners for emerging in new markets and with some new corporate customers as well.

Already we have got to share the news of commissioning and going live of our new state of art manufacturing facility in Palakkad, Kerala, India from where we will be serving our global and Indian customers now. Further we shall be improving our service support and spare parts supply in tremendous manner so as to meet the customer expectations at the maximum.
