SICOMA manufactures concrete mixers in two general categories, Twin Shaft Mixers, which are used to make standard wet/pumpable concrete for mass manufacturing such as RMC, and infrastructure projects such as dams, highways, and housing. Another type is planetary mixers, which are used to make low-slump concrete for pre-cast parts such as concrete blocks, paving stones, and fly ash bricks. MP mixers are also used to manufacture Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC).

We integrate advanced technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Our mixer structure design allows batching plant manufacturers (OEM) to utilise our mixer   to build their weighing scales, which is very unique. SICOMA Mixers are IoT enabled, which allows users to monitor real-time performances and draw analytics. This helps in increasing mixer efficiency.

We are committed to sustainable manufacturing practices and select energy-efficient motors, reducing operational costs. We conduct assessments of our mixers to identify areas for further improvement in sustainability. 

To what extent can Sicoma’s mixers, such as the MAO Twin Shaft or MP Planetary models, be customised to meet the unique needs of clients, particularly in niche applications like precast concrete or high-performance concrete?
Some customisation options are available on our MAO Twin Shaft and MP Planetary mixers. They are basically to suit OEM plant design and orientation, number of discharge gates, dam application, raw material feeding position, etc.

Regular training programs are conducted to train OEM service staff on mixer maintenance.
