Nuvoco Vistas opens second ready-mix Plant in Patna

Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., ranked as India’s fifth-largest cement group, has recently expanded its operational reach by inaugurating its second cutting-edge Ready-mix Concrete Plant (RMX) named Patna-II.

Positioned strategically at Ranipur Milki Chak, Begampur bypass, this plant signifies Nuvoco’s unwavering commitment to delivering superior building materials to the Patna region. Strategically situated approximately 24 kilometers away from its predecessor, Patna-II emerges as Nuvoco’s flagship plant in the region. It taps into unexplored market opportunities by ensuring swift access to Nuvoco’s Cement Plant nearby. Its proximity to burgeoning Industrial, Commercial, and Residential developments assures timely delivery of top-notch concrete solutions.

Prashant Jha, Chief of the Ready-Mix (RMX) Concrete and Modern Building Materials business at Nuvoco Vistas expresses his excitement at the inauguration of this latest plant, stating, “The launch of the Patna-II plant underscores Nuvoco’s dedication to providing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the construction industry in Bihar. With a capacity of 60 cubic meters per hour, the Patna-II facility boasts a Twin Shaft Mixer capable of producing various concrete grades. This includes Value Added Products (VAPs) such as XCON – Xpert concrete with Nuvoco mixes, CONCRETO featuring Self-Compacting Smart Concrete, Light Weight Concrete (Structural & Non-structural grades), Fibre Enriched Concrete, High Strength Concrete, Water & Crack Resistant Concrete, Foundation Expert Concrete. It also offers ECODURE – a Range of Green Concrete, ARTISTE – Decorative Concrete Floors, and INSTAMIX – Ready to use Bagged Concrete.

Strategically located, Patna-II caters to a vast geographical area encompassing Hajipur, Masaurhi, Fatua, Panapur, Sampat Chowk on Gaya Road, and the outskirts of Patna. Positioned at the intersection of NH22 and NH31 in eastern Patna, it facilitates easy access to central, eastern, and northern regions, thereby reducing transit time and enhancing market responsiveness.

With 58 Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) Plants operational across India, including Patna-II, Nuvoco further solidifies its presence, contributing to the overall development of the construction sector.
