Octacurve Description: Octacurve buildings are completely self-supporting wherein additional frame support structure is not required. They are built by mobile roll forming machine mounted on trailer and built on-site.

Its proprietary Octa*lok Roof Panel system is installed without any exposed Nuts, Bolts or Fasteners. The Panels are joined with a cleveland ribbed standing seam designed for extreme weather conditions. The panel system is fastened to the Purlins with a unique cup formed into the seam. The Octa*lok system comes with a 10-years leakage guarantee that affirms its commitment to providing weather-proof  roofing solutions.

Why Go Composite?
Convention elevated heliports were constructed using concrete and steel. Although these materials are readily available, they are also heavy. Therefore, it is often necessary for the supporting building to be reinforced structurally, which means a lengthy, technically difficult and costly undertaking.
 
Furthermore, these materials require regular maintenance to protect steel from corrosion, concrete from carbonisation and micro-cracking. While it is also light-weight, aluminum becomes unreliable in the event of fire or accidental electrolysis.
 
Octamec Helipads Are:
Lightweight: Weighting in at as less as 35-40kg / M2 (one-tenth of the weight of concrete), the platform can be placed on roofs of most building, including those which are not designed to take major additional loads.
