Planning Department, Uttar Pradesh issues tender for construction of residential buildings

The Planning Department, Uttar Pradesh has issued a tender for the construction of residential and non-residential buildings in Reserve Police Line in Auraiya district.

The scope of work includes architectural design, structural design, and design of all required services, and envisages a number of specialized civil/ electrical/ mechanical/electronic engineering services to be executed as integral part. The responsibility also includes obtaining mandatory approvals from local authorities required for commencing the work, execution of work and services and handing over the assets after making them habitable in all aspects.

The work is to be executed on design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis, and including three years defect liability period of three years including maintenance.

The Rs 220 cr contract stipulates 18 months of completion period.

The due date for bid submission is 20 February, 2024.
