How are the design and aesthetic concepts reforming the precast and rapid construction? 

In precast design the aesthetic elevations and finishes can be achieved up to the satisfaction of an architect and client. Because all precast elements are cast in moulds. Complex elevation patterns also can be achieved with utmost accuracy. But the mould work should be done with zero tolerance of errors. Once the perfect mould is ready , the casted products will have utmost accuracy .

How are customised solutions enabling uniqueness with added efficiency in precast structures and infra projects? 

A proper mould is required for the casting of precast pieces. Typically, MS moulds are utilised. The production process will be faster if the precast piece is designed with symmetry. As a result, design originality will boost precast production efficiency.

To facilitate circulation within the warehouse, extra working space must be established. This is possible with precast technology. Tekla, CPRT, MS Office, ERP, and other technologies are utilised to track project efficiency.

Precast technology will aid in the completion of projects in a timely manner. Even if you use the prestressed precast technology, you can save 60 percent to 70 percent on construction time. Longer spans and higher clear heights will be possible because of the use of precast design. Precast construction uses a higher grade of concrete than traditional cast-in-place construction. M40 concrete will be the minimal grade utilised in precast. The life span of structures will be extended when the concrete grade is improved and produced under strict quality control processes.
