Schwing Stetter India a 100 per cent subsidiary of the Schwing Group of companies has introduced path breaking products in the Indian concrete pumping industry which became synonymous with the RMC industry.

Schwing Stationary Concrete Pump SP 1015 D/HD
Schwing Stationary Concrete Pump SP 1015 is an entry level concrete pump, designed to handle harsh grade with big mouth of a pumping cylinder. It has a specially designed rigid chassis with square outrigger for increased strength and stability. It has a light weight design of fiber reinforced canopy reduces the operational noise of engine. Integrated hydraulic control block is to reduce fittings and leak free operation. Direct driven agitator gearbox with improved blade design reduces the power consumption and gives improved fuel efficiency.

Schwing Stationary Concrete Pump SP 1315 D
Schwing Stationary Concrete Pump SP 1315 is a medium level concrete pump designed to handle high volume at moderate pressure. The concrete tubes are sized bigger than regular pumps to handle harsh grade. With optimised chassis and a light weight Fiber reinforced canopy resulted in structurally rigid and stabilised machine. Integrated Hydraulic control block with less fittings means leak free operation. Direct driven agitator gearbox with improved blade design gives additional power for pumping operation.

Stetter Batching Plant M3
Wherever construction sites have to be supplied with larger quantities of high-quality concrete for any length of time, mobile mixing plants from Stetter provide special efficiency. The mobile mixing plants are used to handle wide range of concrete for the construction of roads, buildings, airports, power plants, etc. They can be quickly moved, transported on semi low bed trailers and quickly set up again, thanks to the fully installed, pre-assembled compact units. XCMG Rotary Drilling Rig XR 220 D
Rotary Drilling Rig XR220D has single layer rope winding in main winch. Infrared camera available for observing the main winch, manipulator can observe the state of steep rope at day and night inside the cab. It is powered by supercharged CUMMINS engine with European III emission norms, meets the environmental pollution and energy conservation norms. The patented parallelogram articulation structure actualises a wider work range.

XCMG Crawler Crane XGC 85
Crawler crane 85 tonne capacity is powered by Shanghai Diesel engine and it also has the options on Cummins engine which conforms to Euro III norms. The boom length can be extended up to 58 meters. Basic machine is an integrated transport design, without disassembling track frame and boom base, greatly save transport costs and improve the assembly or disassembly efficiency. Common platform products with fixed jib, single top, both sided counter weight hook block, luffing mechanism, hydraulic pump and main valve block are universal and interchangeable. One key switch is used to easily achieve main or auxiliary hook switch-over for wider range of application.

XCMG Wheel loader LW180K
LW180K with payload capacity of 1800 kg and Weichai engine will be launched for EXCON 2017. It is an ARAI certified machine with engine confirming to BS III emission norms. This machine comes with the single lever joystick for bucket operations, air brakes etc. Articulated steering minimises the turning radius and air brakes for parking gives that extra assurance that the vehicle will be completely immobilised when the parking brakes are engaged. The axles are in house manufactured. Its dump height is the highest in the market among the competitions.

XCMG Type Milling Machine XM1003
XM1003 is powered by Shanghai Diesel engine confirming to Stage III emission norms. Milling depth up to 180mm is achieved with XM1003. Four wheel drives gives the machine efficient maneuvering and the all-wheel brakes delivers efficient braking system. The milling drum adopts chain drive system. The drum can be raised and locked at its position for inspection and changing the worn out cutting points. Optimised spiral arrangement gives improved wear life to the cutting points and the milling drum. Larger swing angle of delivery conveyor gives more convenience for skip feeding.

XCMG Motor Grader GR 1605
Motor Grader GR1605 comes with the variable horse power Cummins engine conforming to BSIII norms. Power transmission is through the proven design from ZF Transmissions (Electro hydraulic type) and Meritor axles. Rear axles are no-spin self-locking type which will make the machine easily maneuverable in marshy landscapes. Accumulator assisted all wheel service brakes give better braking efficiency to the machine. Hydraulic circuits are load sensing type and standard AC cabin help the operator to feel the comfort and efficiency of the machine.

XCMG Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine XZ 200/XZ320 D
The main structure function of horizontal directional drill falls into three parts, including the traveling operation of the undercarriage, directional drilling operation and pipe-laying operation of the super structure. This kind of construction machinery is widely used to set pipes for water, coal gas, telephone, electric power, natural gas and petroleum supply and fiber optic communication passing though highways, railways, buildings, rivers, downtown area, historic reservation, crop and vegetation protection zones which are difficult to excavate.

Aerial work platform comes from the product line of firefighting machinery of XCMG. With a small boundary dimension, wide working range, strong obstacle climbing ability, simple safe and reliable operation, the aerial working platform can be widely used in the construction, repair and maintenance of plant, firefighting industry, warehouses, airports, municipal engineering and in other facilities. Aerial work platform has electric low-meter crank arm and electric shear fork which is helpful in the aspect of safety in construction of any type.
