Mec Shot Blasting Equipments Pvt. Ltd. has inducted latest technology and improved the quality of Shot Blasting Machine Tumblast type conventionally produced in the market.
 
The Shot Blasting Machine has a powerful blast wheel station suitable to volume of the tumbled work pieces; the blast wheel is directly mounted on shaft of motor, so that shots with higher velocity can be propelled per HP. Ultimately this higher kinetic energy imparted to the surface of the work pieces generating peening intensity. Due to the deduction of V-belt, bearings unit & V-belt pulleys, the power & maintenance cost are saved. Also, the blade life is increased because of faster rolling of shots on the blade surface due to smaller blast wheel diameter & higher speed.
 
The work cabinet of the machine is fully lined with Manganese steel tiles along with the barrel heads, which drive the tumbling rubber belt having ribs. 
 
The pneumatic cylinder operated cabinet door with cam follower provides automated opening and closing quickly & easily by auto sequence system. 
 
An effective air dynamic separation system is also one of the features of the abrasive recycling system, which constantly air washes to clean abrasive.  The vertical panel with all controls is provided and the panel can be positioned as per requirement of the customer.  The main cabinet with and cleaning system is connected through duct with reverse pulse jet type pleated bags type dust collection unit. The exhaust fan provides required power to suck the dusty air from the blast cabinet and abrasive recovery unit.
