U. P. Twiga Fiberglass Ltd (Twiga)conducted a ground-breaking ceremony which was held at the premises of its Sikandrabad factory for new glasswool insulation line. Ranvir Prasad, I.A.S., Managing Director, U.P. State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd was the chief guest in the ceremony. The occasion was also graced by Board of Directors and other distinguished guests. This new line will enhance the manufacturing capacity of Twiga and also helps in introducing new innovative products for the customers.

Twiga has been supplying world-class insulation products to Indian and overseas customers from last 35 years. Twiga is a licensee of Isover Saint-Gobain. The hallmark of Twiga products are their superior fire properties, acoustic properties and thermal insulation properties. Twiga Insul, the premier thermal and acoustic insulation brand in India is also present in international markets namely Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam. Twiga has factories in Ambernath (M.H) and Sikandrabad (U.P) with a total capacity of 18,000 MT per year.

The application areas for Twiga Insul are building envelope, HVAC, Drywall partition, pre-engineered buildings and light gauge or pre-fabricated structures (e.g low cost housing), other segments include cold storage, bus-body, metro rail cars,long distance rail coaches and many other processes or niche segments.
