Since we started this business in 1978, our company has regularly served the cement industry.
Innovative chain manufacturing for material handling
Chain is the lifeline in any cement plant as far as material handling is concerned, and it is a prominent part of the entire conveying system in cement and its mines. In the past, many cement plants were wet process types, mainly using Marine Chains and “Link Shackle” type chains. Later, the technological advancement chains were modified in fabricated and forged designs. We continually update our technical knowledge and abilities, and we are glad to declare that we are currently among the world’s top leading chain makers. These products are exported to the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Oceania.
Prominent features of your range of industrial chains
The chains we design, engineer, and manufacture are used in bucket elevators (double and single strand), eclaimers, pan conveyors, apron conveyors, drag chains, bulk receiving unit BRU chains, track chains for excavators, deck rollers, traction wheels, idlers, and scrapers.
The key characteristics of our products include a variety of things, such as a specially developed raw material grade, heat treatment, fully automated machine manufacturing, and design. But we place the most significant emphasis on strict quality controls from the arrival of raw materials until the dispatch of finished goods; each component is subjected to a thorough QC check before final assembly.
Effects of choice of metal on metal affect the dependability and reliability of the product
With more than 40 years of experience, we are well aware of the choice of materials for specific areas of applications. We order the raw material (Special Steel) in bulk directly from the manufacturers and strictly control TDC (Technical Delivery Conditions). Once the raw material is ready, we depute a NABL-accredited lab for all QC checks at the manufacturer’s premises. After receiving the confirmation from our inspecting agency, clearance is granted. In addition, the manufacturing process includes automated machining, heat treatment, and pre-departure 100percent QC tests to ensure durable reliability.
What precautions are taken to protect products from corroding and rusting?
We are using imported grease that can handle higher temperatures and performs well in abrasive environments and special imported rust prevention oil with a longer shelf life on moving parts.
What engineering expertise is required to keep it running?
Our team has highly skilled engineers who frequently visit the site, give presentations to the crew, and teach maintenance procedures to keep the chains in good working order. If a client has an urgent need for support services, our team is only a phone call away.
How do you view the efficient recycling of old products and their reuse in various industrial installations?
The chains are made of special alloy steel that eventually loses its properties and strength on recycling. Hence recycling is not very helpful to our customers in our line of work. However, the industry agrees that reusing old products is a good option as long as it doesn’t interfere with business operations. Some clients use our assistance updating outdated chains as a preventative measure.
