Mec Shot has applied modern technology to achieve high cleaning rate of bulky volume and heavy weight item with large surface area economically. The railway wagon of approximately 1864 cubic metres volume and 30 metric tons weight having external area 82 square metres area is cleaned within a half hour of time.
The varieties of different diameter blast wheels each powered as per requirement based on the location and blast directions is the prime selection of auto blast chamber. This parameter is most suitable and economical solution as per installation, operation & maintenance aspects. This saves power, abrasive and spares.
The oscillation of blast wheels arrangement reduces the unnecessary additional numbers of blast wheels by changing the directions of blast streams, which target the surface evenly and achieve uniform surface finish smoothly.  The polymer buckets of elevators design prevents abrasive worn out because of metallic to polymer contacts. This feature also reduces the elevating power for 17 to 30 metric tons per hour abrasive flow and elevator belting tension rating.   The hanger bearing arrangement is adopted for 36 metres long manual shot blasting chamber long screw conveyor support.   The rabbit arrangement is designed to travel the wagon at a speed of 30 feet per minute during auto blasting process. The plant area is approximately 20 metres wide x 52 metres long.
