The time required for executing the projects has reduced drastically and it has improved the quality of work in infrastructure project sector.

  In the concreting segment many innovations have come which has improved the performance of the equipment. “Many manufacturers have introduced the equipment with latest technology, which is used at the international level and this has enhanced the quality of the equipment,” says Rajesh Kawoor, VP (Sales & Marketing), Simem Construction & Environmental Engineering Pvt Ltd.

Also with introduction of strict quality norms in the projects, it has become compulsory to use the latest technology in the equipment.  Due to these factors, the time bound projects are being completed in time and this has helped the users to reduce the labour intensive work.

Highlighting the latest innovation of the company, Kawoor says, “We are already supplying our Jumper Series Concrete Batching Plants with the latest technology and the major advantage is that the initial installation and commissioning costs are reduced drastically. Due to these factors our customers are repeatedly buying these plants which do not require any foundations and these plants are operational with lowest maintenance costs compared to the other available plants in the market.”

Simem has introduced Eagle Series Concrete Batching Plants which are easily transportable and can be skid mounted, which eliminates the foundation costs. “When the Eagle Series Concrete Batching Plants is shifted to another location after completion of projects, there will not be any additional costs as it can be installed on the same skid mounting. Whereas in other comparable plants available in the market, the foundation cost is additional for the new location,” concludes Kawoor.
