Our product range includes standalone machines as well as fully integrated system including spray painting and powder coating systems. This includes from compact machine to a custom design tailored machine/plant for a specific application. As a complete supplier, we help our customers to combine machine, spares, service, abrasive media requirements which results in increased productivity, economic efficiency, reduced emission, and improved logistic sequence.

What are the important features of your shot-blasting machines?

Our machine features durability, excellent finish, long service life, sturdy design, automatic loading/ unloading system for higher batch loads, safety interlocks, PLC/IOT for control and monitoring. Our machines comply with the industry standards for safety and performance. Shot blasting operation is an abrasion process, hence design and build quality is of utmost importance and this is proved by our many customers who are still using Indabrator machines that were installed 30 years ago. We have been supporting our customers with required spares and service.

What kind of after-market support do you provide for your customers?

NESCO Indabrator has its head office in Anand, Gujarat and has branch offices in Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai. Each branch office has a team of sales and service engineers to support customer requirements with shortest response and delivery lead time. We also provide Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service as well as ‘On Demand’ service from our branch offices.

What are your major achievements in business so far? What are your future plans?

NESCO Indabrator is one of the trusted brands in surface preparation equipment. We have supplied equipment/systems to many sectors like railway, shipyards, ordnance factories, ISRO as well as foundry, forging and fabrication industry in private sector. Indabrator has executed many prestigious orders of national importance. We have already won the contract from a private company and are currently under execution for supply of a shot blasting system for one of the major suppliers of ‘Vande Bharat Express’ trains. We are one of the few companies that have installed shot blasting system for cleaning the entire railway coaches in a single pass. NESCO Indabrator has the biggest and largest infrastructure set-up as a shot blasting machine manufacturer. To support our customer growing demand of abrasives, Indabrator has completed Phase-1 expansion of abrasive manufacturing plant from 2,000 MT to 6,000 MT per annum. In phase 2, the capacity will be ramped up to 50,000 MT and in phase 3, the capacity will be further increased by 50,000 MT. At the end of phase 3, Indabrator abrasive manufacturing capacity will be 100,000 MT per annum.
