Can you talk about KROMA HIGHPERFORMANCE PROTECTIVE PAINTS available for industrial applications?
Kroma formulates high-performance paints with the best quality resins, binders and pigments, which are ideal for industrial paint applications. Our pigments are developed under controlled and monitored output parameters to deliver superior durability and high gloss required for Industrial paints. We use best-in-class technology to achieve optimum opacity and rheological properties (flow and viscosity) to ensure adequate coverage, reduced runs, minimum overspray and sagging in every product. What are the features of your new resinproducing factory in Ahmedabad?
Resin and additives are the key components of paints, which were earlier imported from countries like China and Europe. Some even used to outsource these ingredients from Indian manufacturers, which further inflated the cost of our final products. There were frequent supply chain disruptions and sharp price rises for various products and raw materials for multiple industries.

KROMA PAINTS’s new resin and additive manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad attempts to counter the increasing price rise in importing raw materials like resin and additives. With the latest manufacturing facility, we have been equipped to meet the ever-increasing demand for coating in the construction and infrastructural development sector. Further, this manufacturing facility will also enable us to provide timely delivery of all our supplies across the industrial requirements.

How do you define the quality parameters of your products?
All our products at KROMA PAINTS are designed to deliver consistently and desired quality, including DFT (thickness), glossy finishing, and drying time as per prescribed OEM’s quality standards and requirements for reliable and ever-lasting protection against corrosion.

The raw materials used in our paints go through several rigorous quality checks and processes at our facilities in Ahmedabad. We have automated production procedures to guarantee uniformity between the raw materials and the finished goods, enhancing their functionality and toughness.

How do you ensure the performance of your KROMA PAINTS HPP coating at customer site?
First, we understand the need of customers with respect to customer application and use. Then only we recommend our best suitable  product which performs best at the customer site to fulfil all customers need. We also train the applicators and supervisors to achieve all parameters in the first go. We have a 100 per cent customer satisfaction Index.
