Powerjac specialises in supply of precision quality high-pressure hydraulic products which include jacks, cylinders, hand pumps, power packs, presses, lifting platform, custom built systems and various special tools and equipment.
These products are used where rigid, strong concentrated force is required. The markets for its products include railways, steel mills, construction, petrochemicals, automobiles, cement, sugar, mining, atomic centre, air force, navy, power plants, shipyards and other engineering industries.
At bC IndiaOn the showcase at bC India, Powerjac will be presenting various types of ultra light-weight hydraulic aluminium jacks and light-weight alloy steel jacks, critical hydraulic tools etc.

New productThe company is going to introduce its new product at bC India. It will be its hydraulic bolt tensioners for use in metro rail projects. Since it is from the mother filed of hydraulics there will be a complement for the existing hydraulic equipment, believes the company.
Solutions offeredAs high pressure hydraulic equipment are used in a wide range of industrial applications therefore, the company has been successfully catering multiple industries through its quality products. The industries within the scope its penetration are railway, steel industry, constructional industry, petrochemical industry, automobile industry, cement industry, sugar industry, mining industry, atomic plants, air force and navy, power plants, ship yards and other industries.
Till date Powerjac has served for many fields to meet the desired requirements. Some of the solutions offered from its side are as given below: • It has developed PLC controlled hydraulic wax injection moulding press which is based on British technology. This machine is used for investment casting plant for forming of wax moulds. The capacity of the machine ranges from 12 tonnes to 35 tonnes.
• Apart from its standard range of products, it has developed post tension pre-stressing hydraulic wire crimping machine for infrastructure/construction industry
• Powerjac has supplied a test rig to Indian Navy for testing of Pony motors and DC voltage convertors which are equipped in German and Russian submarine
• It has developed and supplied computerised operated crucible making machines and the same are working to the optimum. Also it has supplied automatic special purpose gauging machine which is used in all bearing manufacturing companies.
