We are specialized in the Manufacturing of drilling rigs for series model as R400, R300, R260, R230, R200, R180, R150. that has been specially design and built for carrying out works requiring large bore diameters at great depth.
 
Undercarriage: The undercarriage can operate on various hard working conditions and ensure operating stability of the drill rig. Good clearance to ensure excellent rough terrain travel. Travel speed 0-2.7 km/h. The hydraulically retractable & Extendable crawler undercarriage adjustable 3000mm- 4000mm, meets limits of width for easy transportation or high working stability.
 
Upper structure: Special designed upper frame for drilling rig, more suitable for heavy duty construction work. Torsion- free precision machined upper frame, all components are located clearly and service friendly. Diesel engine complete with soundproof canopy and mounted on the large dimension heavy duty ball type slewing ring. 
 
MAST: The three sections foldable mast reducible the sizes of the rig in the transportation. Mode of highly resistant steel which is can easily bear the maximum torque throughout its complete length of box structure. Self erecting provided with an excellent stability and rigidity for the working rig, it is composed of 2.0m long lower section, 13.6 m long intermediate element and 2.0 m top extension.
 
Winch: Main winch installed in the upper frame, diameter and length of the main winch drum are increased, wire rope diameter 28 mm, single line pull 200 kN, winch is driven independently by directly flanged variable displacement hydraulic piston motor with high pressure regulation. 
 
Rotary: Rotary head equipped shock absorbing device. Rotary gear box is driven independently. By two directly flanged variable displacement hydraulic piston motors and one fixed displacement hydraulic piston motor through oil bath planetary gears with high pressure regulation. 
 
Hydraulic System: 2 open hydraulic circuits system for drilling applications, variable displacement piston pumps 2 *214 L/min, auxiliary hydraulic circuits 1 * 135 L/min, All hydraulic pumps with individual regulation for each pumps. The pump are equipped with an energy- saving flow on demand control system and pressure cut off for reduced loss of energy. Working pressure up to 320 bar. By means of pilot proportional valve control the pilot hydraulic circuit to operate the working device & control displacement of main pump, servo- assisted joystick controls according to ISO System. 
 
Engine: Equipped with advanced new electro jet Cummins QSL 9 engine with turbo- charged, water cooled, charge air cooler and air inlet pre heat system designs.Electric system 24 volt, high efficiency cold starting batteries, dry air filter with preliminary filter, safety element, Idling speed function etc.
