Tata BlueScope Steel is an equal joint venture between Tata Steel and BlueScope Steel in the field of coated steel, steel building solutions and related building products. The Company operates in the South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation (SAARC) region. Tata BlueScope Steel has two business divisions, Buildings Solutions and Coated Steel. The Building Solutions business markets Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), roll-formed roof and wall cladding solutions and related building components and the Coated Steel business markets metallic coated and pre-painted steel, for the building and construction industry. Tata BlueScope Steel’s Building Solutions has three manufacturing facilities located at Pune, Chennai and Bhiwadi and a network of 20 sales offices. The premium brands include the BUTLER® pre-engineered steel buildings and the LYSAGHT® range of steel building solutions. Coated Steel markets premium brands including the pre-painted COLORBOND® steel and the metallic coated ZINCALUME® steel. The Coated Steel manufacturing facility at Jamshedpur will be operational from the first quarter of 2010. This facility will have an annual metallic coating capacity of 250,000 MT and paint line capacity of 150,000 MT. Products Overview
KLIP-LOK™ 770 (concealed fixed cladding): LYSAGHT™ KLIP-LOK™ is a strong, durable roof and wall cladding available in long lengths. Combining smart fluted pans and a lock-action rib design with concealed fastening, KLIP-LOK™ can be used for many applications.
 
KLIP-LOKTM 700 (concealed fixed cladding): LIPLOKTM 700 is the new generation of wide-cover concealed fixed cladding. It has the wide span and best uplift performance.
 
TRIMDEK® 1015 (Subtle square fluted steel cladding): TRIMDEK® 1015 is modern ribbed roof and wall cladding profile with subtle fluting in the pans to provide strength and long spanning capabilities. It is ideal for industrial and commercial applications.
 
SPANDEK® 935 (Trapezoidal steel cladding): SPANDEK® 935 has a contemporary, trapezoidal profile, making it ideal for projects with a modern appearance. FLEXICLADTM 1110 (versatile steel wall cladding): FLEXICLADTM 1110 is an economical and attractive wall profile suitable for a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial applications.
 
PANELRIBTM 1110 (wall cladding and ceiling application): PANELRIBTM 1110 is an attractive, slightly fluted wall & ceiling cladding profile suitable for many  applications where a flat sheet would not be normally considered. Its longitudinal flutes provide rigidity and strength along the length of the sheet while retaining full flexibility across the width.
 
SHADOWRIBTM 900 (walling profile): SHADOWRIBTM 900 is the most preferred walling system when it comes to matching strength with aesthetics.
 
STYLWALLTM (factory insulated flat wall system): STYLWALLTM gives a smooth, clean look to almost any structure. Its exterior is plain/ embossed with a stucco pattern, providing a rich appearance.
 
SMARTDEKTM 51 (high strength zinc coated decking system): SMARTDEKTM 51 is high strength zinc coated steel decking system which acts as permanent formwork as well as positive tensile reinforcement in one-way slab construction, so that a composite slab is formed.
