Our primary focus of machine designing is satisfactory performance, easy operation & maintenance and good working life, using reputed and high-quality components and latest technological developments. We also try to decrease power loss to maximize fuel efficiency. Our all machines are Tested and Approved by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI).

Talking on innovation, a couple of years ago we had developed Asphalt Paver Model VP-05-D with Parabolic Screed for Test Track Paving along with Power Packs for supporting paver and roller on slope.

Now we have indigenously manufactured two new developments for the compaction of the parabolic surface. First is Tandem Roller Model UT-45 for Compaction of Parabolic Surface and second is PTR Model UNTR-7 for Compaction of Parabolic Surface. With these two new machines now we have provided a complete solution for paving and compaction of parabolic surfaces including the transit portion. This Asphalt Paver, Tandem Roller and PTR are compatible to work on slopes up to 45 degree. We are able to design, manufacture and commission these machines in a reasonably short time span. We have a very strong team in R&D department. We gathered appreciation from the client’s team members.

We have very good customer acquisition in the range of Hydrostatic Sensor Paver Finisher Machines. Model VP-05 is one of the bestselling products in this range. It is suitable for paving bituminous, wet-mix, GSB, DLC or DBM material with screed width up to 6.0 meters. It is equipped with MOBA, German made electronic sensors to control slope and gradient giving an accurate level of laid surface.

Our Hydrostatic Paver Machine Model UHD-45 for paving width from 2.5 meter to 4.5 meter. This model is developed to avoid the grimness and breakdowns of conventional mechanical paver due to improper engagement of clutches for conveyor control and traction.

With the aim to stay close with our customer and build a long term relationship with our customer, we provide “Total Life Cycle Value” on owning and operating the equipment. All customers are backed by prompt after sales support.
