Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has appointed Dimitrov Krishnan as Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Volvo CE, India, w.e.f. today. He takes on the reins from A.M. Muralidharan who moves to Singapore to assume the role of Vice President and head of Commercial Management and Dealer Development for Volvo CE in Region Asia Pacific. “India is a key market in Volvo Construction Equipment´s global strategy and I am looking forward to take on the responsibility to continue to grow our business here in India and to further strengthen Volvo´s unique brand image,” says Krishnan. He will be responsible to further strengthen Volvo´s positions in the premium segment of India´s construction equipment industry.
Prior this appointment, Krishnan was Vice President & head of Marketing and Dealer Development for Volvo CE in the Asia Pacific region, including India.
