Injection PU Grouting Machine

Low viscosity epoxy and PU grouting
Low viscous epoxy is used to fill and seal voids and cracks in structures such as bridges and other civil engineering buildings, industrial and residential buildings, e.g. Columns, beams, foundations, walls, floors and water retaining structures.

PU grouting is used for permanent watertight sealing with some flexibility to absorb limited movement, in dry damp or water bearing cracks and joints in concrete, brickwork and nature stone.

Injection packer

Tampur 130 (Semi-flexible polyurathene grout)
Tampur 130 or Tamkat 130 is single shot hydrophobic polyurethane based on MDI in combination with polyether and polyols and an amine based catalyst. The system only reacts when it comes into water, producing semi flexible polyurethane foam. Tampur 130 or Tamkat 130 is a complete system for void filling and leak sealing in concrete of masonry structures and sandy soils. It is potable water certified. The benefit of using this product is it can withstand High hydrostatic pressures. It gives variable reaction times. The product is having It reacts with saline and mineral water. It is having medium viscosity properties. It is mainly solvent free and environment free for using this product.

Tampur 125 is based on Polyol Component (Part A) and a Polymeric MDI (Part B). It is a portable water certified. The product is having high foam strength. It is having character of rapid reaction. It gives good bond strength. It is having medium viscosity in nature. It is solvent free and environmentally safe.

Tam Acryl 2000 (Acrylic Injection Gel)
Tam Acryl 2000 is a blend of acrylic polymers used in conjunction with an accelerator and catalyst system. Upon mixing of the components, a chemical reaction occurs and waterproof gel is formed. It is available in two grades – standard and slow set. It is ultra low viscosity in nature. It swells upon 5 per cent upon contact with water. This product is over 100 per cent flexible. It is having good chemical resistance. It is Reacts even in the presence of mineral and saline condition. This product is potable water certified to AS/NZS 4020:2005.
